Shared Commons Expenses

The three neighboring communities of Ridgewood West, Mallard Pond, and Quail Run share several common areas including the pond and adjacent green space as well as the Willow Creek wetlands area. Quail Run is responsible for maintaining these areas which includes grass cutting around the pond area, public walkway access cleanup, pond maintenance and servicing of the neighborhood storm drain outlet in the wetlands area.
