QRHA Spring Newsletter 2023

Welcome New Neighbors!
Our neighborhood has seen a lot of turnover in the past year and we extend our warmest welcome to all our new neighbors. We will be updating our Neighborhood Directory in the fall. Please click here to add/update your contact information using the google form.

Property Maintenance
We would like to remind our residents of the following Plymouth Township ordinances and request that they comply.

Pond and Commons Maintenance
Grass cutting in the commons area is done approximately once a week in the spring and every other week in the hotter summer months. Last fall we installed the Rigero Bio-Health Pod System in the pond. We hope that this new system will result in a healthier aquatic ecosystem as well as a more aesthetically pleasing pond. Please be patient as this system takes time to restore the water quality.

Pet Matters
Please remember to be respectful of private property when walking your dog. Encourage them to use the easement side of the sidewalk to do their business and always pick it up. Dogs are welcome in the commons area but please monitor your pet and make sure you clean up after them.

Trash Talk
Garbage, recycle bins and compost should not be placed at the curb prior to 6:00 PM on Sunday. Please make sure emptied containers are retrieved following pickup on Monday and not left out.

Lights On!
Please consider keeping your house lights on at night to help keep our streets illuminated. This will contribute to the safety of all of our neighbors.

HOA Dues
Please make sure you pay your annual dues on time. Dues cover essential services such as snow plowing and grass cutting. Failure to pay the required dues may result in a lien on your property.
