Snow Plowing
We have contracted The Old Village Landscapers to provide our snow plowing and salting service this year. In general, they will be plowing our roads after a 2” accumulation or after a 4”-5” accumulation when a heavy snowfall is expected. They will do their best to have the roads plowed by 7:00 am depending on the time of the snow fall. All entrances and intersections will be salted after each plowing. Please make sure you remove your vehicles from the street if snow or ice is expected so that the plows can effectively clear our streets.
Sidewalk Safety
Our sidewalks are used throughout the year by many residents and children walking to and from school buses. The Plymouth Township ordinance for snow and ice removal requires all homeowners to clear their sidewalks within 24 hours of a snow or ice event. Please make every effort to comply with this ordinance. If you are traveling out of town over the winter months, please make arrangements to have your sidewalks serviced in your absence. Repeat violation of this ordinance will result in a notice of noncompliance to the Township. Dog Walkers
Please remember to be respectful of private property when walking your four-legged family member. Encourage your dog to use the easement side of the sidewalk to do their business. And always pick up their deposits.
